TOAST Software Suite for image reconstruction in optical tomography,

The TOAST Software Suite includes compiled libraries and Matlab MEX files, Matlab functions and scripts, documentation and demos distributed with the online download packages, as well as the content of the TOAST main online site.

Conditions of use:

The binary content of the TOAST Suite, including dynamic libraries and MEX files, is provided under a free usage license. You are allowed to use and to re-distrbute the binary files, under the condition that the binary files are retained complete and unaltered, and that any copyright and licensing documents are retained unaltered with the package.

The source content of the TOAST Suite, including Matlab m-functions and scripts, HTML and other documentation files, demos and header files, are provided under the GNU General Public License (GPL). Please refer to the GPL document for details. In essence, you are allowed to use, alter and redistribute the source files, under the condition that the license is retained, that any alterations from the original code are clearly identified, and that the entire source code, including any alterations, is included in the re-distributed package.

Warranty:

The TOAST Software Suite is distributed "as is" and comes with no warranty whatsoever. The authors make no claims to its correctness, functionality or suitability to a specific purpose.
