You can download the CASSM tutorial as a pdf document, or you can download the entire CASSM package, which comes a shrinkwrapped zip file containing a quick-start guide, the tutorial, the Cassata editor, complete examples, etc. The quick-start guide has links for obtaining tcl/tk, the language in which Cassata is written.
