UCL Engineering Summer Internships

The Nuffield Foundation – Royal Academy of Engineering Undergraduate Research Bursaries Programme

Bursaries will provide subsistence support for the student at a rate of £180 per week for research placements over a period of 6-8 weeks. Applications are invited from undergraduate students studying engineering, ICT, and other courses at UK universities which are accredited by a professional engineering institution. The deadline is 4 p.m. on 27 April 2012.

Cern Openlab

The CERN openlab Summer Student Programme 2012 is now open for applications for students in computing and physics at Bachelor, Master or Ph.D level.

Please see www.cern.ch/openlab-students for more information and find attached the CERN openlab Summer Student Programme leaflet (pdf, two-sided A4) as well as a poster (pdf, A3 format) presenting the programme. The students should apply onwww.cern.ch/jobs by 30th March 2012 at the latest.

Complex Summer Internships (UCL)

Every year CoMPLEX funds Undergraduate Summer Studentships. The aim is to promote interdisciplinary work at UCL and to encourage outstanding undergraduate students to join interdisciplinary graduate programmes.

All awards are made on a competitive basis.
